Didn't realize when I bought this upgrade that it would requite a total takedown of the headstock--a major undertaking for me. Waiting for a good time to take the time to do this, I installed the extended quill control rod first. It was a bit tricky, but I finally managed it. Then when I found out that the entire process of installing the Pro 2 was on You Tube in all the detail needed, I took courage to venture on my own. Jim McCann's demonstration was very clear, good and complete.
