SHOPSMITH SHIPMENT METHODS
Shopsmith offers three choices for ground shipping service:

Standard Shipping – Shopsmith will choose the shipping method.
UPS Ground – We must have a street address for this service (No PO Boxes). You will usually receive your items within 5-7 days from Shipping Date.
Priority Mail – This is delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you use a Post Office Box, we can ship your order by this service. It should arrive within 1-3 Business Days.
Next-Day or 2-Day Service
If You’re in a hurry, we offer Next-Day and 2-Day delivery service for an additional charge. This service is only offered by calling Customer Care [937-890-5197]. It is not currently offered online. Note: Flammables and Hazardous materials cannot be shipped Next-Day, 2-Day or outside the USA. This includes spray cans, paints and adhesives.
Freight/Truck Shipments for Oversized and Heavy Orders
Some of the items we offer have special shipping charges due to their heavy weight and/or large size. Generally, these orders are delivered by a common carrier and are not available for Next-Day or 2-Day delivery service. For these shipments we must have a daytime telephone number for the freight company to contact you for delivery arrangements.
Note: The freight company is only responsible for delivery to the end of driveway to the tail of the truck with the liftgate option. We highly recommend that you make arrangements to have at least 2 people to unload freight delivered by truck. Additional Shipment Options such as Delivery into Your Home is available directly through the Freight Company but would need to be quoted and processed by Shopsmith Customer Care.
Special Notes for Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and USA Possessions
Generally, orders to Alaska, Hawaii and other USA possessions must ship US Priority Mail or UPS at a higher cost. We do offer special delivery service to some destinations. Call Customer Care [937-890-5197] for detailed information and to place expedited orders.
Orders to Destinations Outside the USA
We serve thousands of customers outside the USA, but currently those orders cannot be placed online. Please call [937-890-5197] or e-mail us at customerservice@shopsmith.com about shipping charges and delivery times at which time we can place your order.
