Does Shopsmith make a tool grinder, similar to a bench grinder but that uses the power unit as the power source?

Yes, they make the Shopsmith Grinding Wheel II

Other options for sharpening on the ShopSmith would be the Shopsmith Strip Sander and Sander Chisel Sharpening Attachment
