I am pleased to note that photos from the article I subsequently wrote about it have been chosen for the cover of the Oct/Nov 2013 “Machinists Workshop” hobby magazine. The article is inside, starting on page 4 :

Well done Peter, very proud of an ingenious fellow Canadian like you.
I was thinking of using my former Shopsmith bandsaw table for something, but you are far ahead of me. I guess I missed that post on the forum when you were doing it.
You inspire me to continue and invent a use for it like you did.
