Anyone have experience with this sharpening system? Any good?
This is the online manual for it-looks pretty solid.

Do parts still exist for it?

You might do a Google search using a key words search which include "Wood Magazine Sharpening Tool Reviews", etc. Repeat with the other wood trade magazines. I'm sure I have seen comparison reviews of the Delta sharpening machine in one of these.
I have the Tormek system, which does a fantastic job. I also have a full set of King waterstones, which is almost as fast as the Tormek in sharpening my chisels. The Tormek's advantage is when I need to grind out a nick on the cutting edge. I highly recommend the Tormek, but it is pricey.
Since the Delta unit you are asking about is discontinued, take a look at the slow speed grinders with the white aluminum oxide wheels. I have one of those too. You will be disappointed with the tool rests so an upgrade to something like the Lee Valley grinder tool rests would be worth it. See link.
