Help! How to get cam back on the sheave?

Life has delivered me a learning opportunity. How do I put this cam back on the sheave? It's too far out and I know i need to push it back to line up but I just can't manage.
Do I need to take the whole assembly apart to do it? Or can I take the spring off the motor shaft and rebuild that way?

Duh. I pulled the lower sheaves apart by hand and she's all good. Sorry, everyone! False alarm

Anybody know what is going on? The SPAM post above was edited by the SPAMer twice within a minute of the original post.

I'm sure there's spam coming.... There are at least 3 potential spammers posting today.
EDIT: I just looked at one of the others, posted at 4:30am, edited at 4:32. Very odd.
