Just wanted to answr a question from RFGuy about cutting the segments. No I do not use any Incra jigs. I use a home made jig that was developed by Jerry Bennett of the segmentology website. I think the site is http://www.segeasy.com. The instructions are on the site and he gives full permission to build yourself a jig like this. You can buy his wedges or make your own.

Miter-set for base cuts and chevron cuts? Rip fence for sides and top rim?
