Oneway has a live center with interchangeable ends. It is a 3/4 x 10 thread. I have made several adapters that will thread onto the center by using 3/4 x 10 tap. https://oneway.ca/products-category/hol ... e%20Center
The review (link in other post)of the Nova live center looks like you would need the thread adapter and do the same thing as the Oneway.
The Nova on amazon seems like you can get the threaded end. It is threaded at 1 1/4 x 8 and a tap is available to cut threads and make adapters.
I see one advantage to the threaded end is that it would be more secure on the live center than untreated 5/8 shaft.
