Making a guitar body from a solid block of wood. Check out the massive router bit for pattern routing the outside shape. I have never seen one with multiple teeth like that before.

I really enjoyed this video. No hill for a stepper or a Shopsmith. Good to see it take on the big stuff and he did not seem to have any trouble. Wonder how much that bit cost?

I don't make a flap. Just impale the bag on the clips pointy bits and the bag is held in place while I bring the the metal band up into position and tighten it.
