If you're complaining about the adversarial nature of the US criminal justice system, you'll have to go back several centuries to find the culprits. There's nothing new here.

I had a picture but I can't find it. About 10 years ago my wife and I were driving on US40 north of Heber City UT. It is a rural area. There was a sign on the side of the road that said "Deer Crossing Test Area". I did a U turn to go back and take a picture.

I have always wondered how or if they got the deer to test the crossing.
