Molding Knives Case

Post by Spooner »

I have several molding knives and for the most the part clear plastic cases they come in are garbage. Most of them are broken and don't stay closed as it it. I'm in the process of designing a new case to keep them in. I am creating a profile of the the knife on the lid so you can identify which knives are in the case by looking at the profile on the outside. Here's where I need help... Does anyone here have all the SS molding knives made by SS? or several of you have some until we're able to collect them all? I need someone or several someone's to place one knife of each profile on their printer and scan an image of them so I can trace the profiles and integrate them into the lids of each box. I'll attach pictures.

I don't have any molding knives, but did find this graphic in my 1980's Owner's Manual, if it helps.

I designed them in AutoCAD and then printed them on my 3D Printer.
