SNT but what is it?

Shiny New Tool but what is it? This is how this works, you look at the picture I will post below and then you guess what it is, well unless you know what it is and in that case the you are not guessing now are you?

I have placed a dollar bill there for size reference, while it might be a tool that is not the one I'm talking about.

A few hints. The threaded holes are 3/4-12. The material is aluminum. It is designed to anchor something. Mount in vise or clamp to workbench.

See if those help.

It sorta converts an ordinary vise into a miniature patternmakers vise, for purposes of fixturing your Dremel tool.
