Some of you might recall the home made "nifty belt grinder" that was in Machinist Workshop magazine. I use it daily! Here it is with the work table attached.

I still remember this and I'm a great fan!
I can't remember what belt-speeds you run. I know with my purchased SS Strip Sander, the ability of the PowerPro to run in the 250-500 rpm range has helped greatly with my metal-working tasks... avoiding overheating the metal.

Hi Chris, thanks for commenting........ I am usually running at the slowest speed on the dial, also to avoid overheating.
