Very nice job. Are you using 80/20 extrusions ?

Not sure if it is 80/20. I was browsing our local Kijiji internet “buy and sell” and ran across a guy selling some 1 ½”x1 ½” square extruded aluminum by 6 feet long. It does have t-slots in each face made to take the head of a 5/16” bolt.

About 2 degrees per side on the tracking pulley. On the one I built like this Kolomazzo https://mechanicguides.com/best-belt-grinders/, I cut the face of the contact wheel square, and crowned the top idler. I left about a 1/4" flat in the center.

Here is a pic I have handy right now, I can take a better one tomorrow. You can't see the crown in the picture at all.
