Yep... on my Mk-V AND My 10E speedchanger... only way to fly. I will have them on every tool in my shop soon. Check out HF, the price there is way better and as far as I can tell, the quality is as good.

Ive always taken a medium rasp to my locking wedges and filed them flat and removed the mushrooming and they were as good as new.... but Im a cheap-skate too

i got mine at Napa... a Tube nut (coupler) is a good idea to add along with the nut on the end of the expansion plug, this will eliminate any chance of the thing coming loose. I put a piece of threaded rod on the other end of the tube nut to attatch my to my drill chuck.

I'd be wary of checking on Redwood and some of the flat grain second growth will peel up on your after a few years. Check around and see what is the local miracle formula for decking and use that.
