Re: Old Mark V power head
I upgraded and I hope you don't have an experience like me. My PP died and had to send it in for warranty replacement. I was then down in the shop waiting for the repair. I ended up buying a headstock case and using my old parts for a backup headstock which I used for two weeks till my pp came back....

Re: Order issues
It is getting very disappointing. I ordered 2 of the sandpaper disc combos last Sunday on line that were on sale. Never got a confirmation email nor an order number. Nothing on my credit card. I guess I did not submit it properly or their system did not work. Either way I don't care anymore at this ...

Hey Dusty,
It is starting to take shape. I like your color scheme. Take your time to get it right so once you start your first project you have a good flow. I can't wait to see it completed. Thanks for the updates.

Re: power pro in for repair building backup headstock
Well, Not only did I not get the tinnerman clips. The bottom screw hole on the display was stripped out and it is not my display as the face plate was a little goobered up. Not a functional problem but I know it is not my original. I do have a working Power Pro now and that I am happy for. I will me...

Re: power pro in for repair building backup headstock
Lowes had the clips for less than $2. They are #8's which might be alittle big but I can always put in bigger screws. I will do it this way so I can have my machine back today instead of waiting for you know who to send them.

Re: Problems getting my order
I have had the same situation with some very recent orders. Also on some warranty work covered on a different thread. As I was waiting for the backorder parts I continued to order other things I needed against the back order and the shipping was considered already paid for. I was adding to my origin...

Re: power pro in for repair building backup headstock
Dusty, Thats OK it is rather frustrating to work with them now a days. I forgot to take my tinnerman clips off my power supply when I sent it and the return did not have them so I have to try to get some. I guess I will have to take them of my goldie headstock for now and them figure out where to bu...

Re: power pro in for repair building backup headstock
YaHooo!! After several calls to CS Sue (repair tech) finally called me back Thursday. She tested my PP parts and found that the power supply is bad. She is going to send me a replacement along with my display. I asked what went wrong and was told me they don't do any component testing they just ship...

Re: Problem raising tubes
Russ,
I only wish I could say that I only did it once. As the years keep ticking by I find myself doing it more often. I guess I am going to have to spend more time in the shop sos not to forget thngs. Isn't that a shame. lol
