Does anyone know what size the spindle and thread are? Thanks. Did you ever get an answer on this. The threads are 5/8-11 UNC but normal 5/8-11 attachments are not fitting. I think the threads on the arbor are extra long/tall which is preventing the normal 5/8-11 nuts and attachments from fitting. ...

Repurposing a bandsaw table

My bandsaw came with an upgraded table and the old cast iron table in a box. Anyone have clever ideas on how to repurpose that dandy hunk of cast iron?

WHY do you consider the bottom one to be trashed??? If you do not want it, I will gladly relieve thee of the responsibility of maintaining it. :D Besides being rusty and beat up, it looks like the PO tried to grind most of the tab off the lock washer AND hammered a piece of copper pipe into the soc...
