Re: LVP
I had to put my two cents in here since I am in the water and fire restoration business. Leave the asbestos removal to the professionals! The last thing you want to do is start busting out those old 9x9 tiles and exposing the entire house and everyone in it. It can be expensive but it is one of thos...

Re: Worth working with or send to the dump???
It looks like a challenge but if you are up to it the end result will be worth all of the blood, sweat, and tears. Like the rest, I look forward to seeing the restoration progress.

Re: Greenie Bench Tube Size
Somebody with a 1956 machine chime in here with your bench tube size. Same if you own a 1955.
My 1958 Greenie has 1 3/4" tubes and the kid that I bought it from said it was originally his grandfathers; trust me when I say that no one had done any work on it!

Re: Custom SS Router Table
I had not considered doing that. Nice solution. Everett Thank you. I wanted to make sure that I was able to get the full height out of my router and even though the Greenie table is a little small, I think it will work just fine. I think I am going to stop at the Dollar Store and pick up a couple o...

$80 plus the jointer and bandsaw thrown in for free?! Helluva deal! Your pictures remind me of when I brought my '56 home almost a year ago. Can't wait to watch the restoration!
