Having trouble getting saw to 45 degrees
Having trouble getting saw to get 45 degree angle blade has rubbing issues. Moved quill seem to help with that. Table just doesn't seem to want to Mae 45. Are you limited to what you cut at 45 trying 1x4s

cutting wide boards
Tried cutting 45* angle wide boards but didn't feel safe so used circular saw is there a way to cut 45 angle in 2 directions on board safely suggestions see how to cut thinner boards. But 12" boards don't cut on it.

quill on dril press sticking
i have used the drill press and the quill is sticking i have cleaned itwith mineral spirit a brass brush for grooves and waxed again it is still sticking any ideas or suggestions my neighbor said thow it out and buy good drill press was escorted from my shop immediately.

I found drawing of 18 wheeler truck cut the design out did a little color on it and made a key rack as brother and neighbor always complain about losing keys so put 5 hooks on each one they seemed pleased. live in mountain view ar any ss owner that want to share or brag let me know

yes i ordered the arbor when i ordered the dado blades. i took it apart and put it together several times.i will try it with out shims put the shims to make it the same thickness as the board goi9ng in the slot i was cutting. thanks again oh there is small amount of play between blades and arbor how...

Dado set from ss
I bought the shop smith dado blades I have put them on my machine and they make the machine vibrate like crazy took them apart and reassemble still getting a lot off vibration used the speed chart to set speed using it with front, back and shims for 3/8 dado any suggestions thanks in advance.

lathe alignment issue.
I got the assist to help lift the SS into drill press mode. now I cant line the tips up on lathe operations. is there and extension or something to help out. I cant adjust the stock to make sure that they are in alignment before turning. Any help solving this problem is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
