I would go to Frazee Paint or one of the other Auto paint places to get the right type of paint and they should be able to match the color and maybe even put it in a spray can.
Don't know if they can do the Hammered Finish type of paint for the Greenies and Goldies.

Applying CAA I've watched a guy demonstrating pen turning and he put medium CAA on the paper towel then applied it to the wood with the lathe on.
