Silicon Bottle Stopper Kits

I have used Silicon Bottle Stopper Kits from Pennstate Industries. Item Number BS5. You get 10 kits for $8.95. Someone posted a few years ago about using these kits. He tells how to make a device to hold them while turning them.

Looks better than my 1955 Greenie, if you are mechanical inclined refurbishing the headstock isn't as bad as it looks. Nick one of the Shopsmith reps is doing a series on rebuilding a Shopsmith. Everyone here is real helpful if you run into problems.

A weekend of birdhouses

Great Idea. My wife has been after me to make a few birdhouses. I just showed her your photo's, now she thinks I can do the same thing, and make Christmas gifts for friends. Thank You for sharing.

I modified a fence from my old Delta 10 Table saw. I have a big piece of white oak I needed to re-saw, and the old delta fence with modifications works great.

I have used my impact on quite a few things. Like Ed said they were almost a necessity if you rode dirt bikes. It has gotten me out of a bind many a time, I worked as a mechanic for over 30 years.
