I gotta ask .. why not use a 12" sanding disk and a miter gauge fence on your SS? The safety grip has a capacity of 4 1/4 inches. The outside diameter of 4 inch PVC is 4 1/2 inches. I do not have the luxury of owning any of the other machines mentioned but why bother, they would take all the f...

Is that a rotary tool?
Trim router but a rotary tool would work too.
