STEP 2: ASSEMBLING THE TABLE SAWING COMPONENTS YOU WILL NEED TO GET STARTED
To view a brief (few-seconds long) video clip of each step being performed click on this icon wherever you see it.
Use the 5/32" Allen Wrench to attach the Saw Guard to the Quill Housing. Then attach the Blade with Arbor onto the Quill Spindle. Be certain that the Arbor Setscrew and flat on the Spindle are aligned, then tighten the Setscrew with the Allen Wrench.
Next, slide the Carriage against the Rubber Headstock/Carriage Stop Ring and then lower the Table over the Saw Blade.
Again, if necessary for large workpiece support , (and if they were included with your machine model), install the Floating Extension Table Tubes into their receptacles on the Main and Fixed Extension Tables -- and the Floating Extension Tables onto the Table Tubes.
Now that you've located and assembled the components you'll need for Table Sawing, CLICK HERE to get started by making the most common Table Sawing cut -- the Crosscut (cutting workpieces to length).
