521927 Jorgensen, Quick-Acting Wdwkrs Vise
The American-made vise features fugged, cast-iron construcion and big, 3-1/2" x 10" jaws that open to a full 12" to grasp even the largest projects. The jaws are toed-in slightly to slide easier and grop more firmly and include drilled and tapped coutnersunk holes for attaching protective wooden jaw faces. Once mounted (to any bench up to 3" thick), a quick, quarter-turn counter clockwise on the comfortable wooden handle will release the lcking nut, allowing you to slide the jaws open to their full 12" extension in an instant. Then, simbly turn the handle clockwise to re-engage the nut and lock your workpiece firmly in position. A pop-up steel dog (when used in conjuction with benchtop stops) allows oversized work to be easily and firmly gripped. Comes complete with traceable mounting template and mounting hardware.
