While this can mount to just about any bench I did want some provisions for mounting to an MFT. The MFT has a t-channel that runs around the outside skirt and that sounded like a good place to start.

The MFT is on it side in this picture so I could see what I was doing better then if it were on its legs. The green arrow points to the slot and there are two new holes in my jig that match that location.

In this next shot you can see the part that will be used, but in this case the screw is too short but you get the idea I'm sure.

I'm not sure I need this attachment but added just in case.

The second set of holes I put in were for threaded inserts. They are lined up with the holes in the MFT top. The threaded inserts are the same metric thread that is commonly used with this setup so I have knobs that can be used as needed. The holes can be seen here:

Then with the knobs on and this is the under side of the MFT:

The other worry I had was if the parts would come out square or square enough where the vertical and the horizontal meet. I figured I might have to do a little shimming but it was just right, or at least closer then needed.

You got to love it when things come together!

The spoil board was the next thing to come together. When I cut them I undersized the width by 1/16" so they couldn't be too tall. I had a plan to adjust this by careful drilling holes in each end but a member at the SO site had a better idea that I went with. A screw on each end makes them adjustable. I have 7 of them all ripped at the same setting but the next batch might come out a hair wider or a hair narrower. The screws are brass and while I don't expect a bit to ever get close it just good practice to use brass, you know just in case.

When insert the finished look pulls it all together.

And we are ready for testing, a first project is coming of course as that will be the test. Here is a shot of the jig on the MFT holding a vertical work piece, just for show, you know.

And that is about it for this thread.
