It was 15 $ and was given because of the turkey day snafu and subsequent computer problems on the mother ship.

Same here. Order arrived this week with the gift card and a hand written note. Now I gotta find time to get in the shop!

Nuf said fer now until CS has had an opportunity to resolve it. I am confidant it has to do with some recent 'system problems' and will be corrected.

Ya'll do realize that if Shopsmith ships short, your account will not be charged until the order is complete. The bank will post a ledger entry but no funds move.
