These are some mystery washers that didn't show up in any of the documentation.

Looks good! I fondly remember when mine was delivered and my wife and I assembled it. Have you made sawdust yet? LOL

Enjoy, amazing machines

Did you have to drill new holes in the legs for the premium casters?

No it comes with both sets of holes. I will need to drill the 520 because I'm upgradding those as well but you get the drilling template with the new casters.

Congratulations on your new machine. Are these possibly #48 Thin Shim Washer for the bandsaw table?

No those washers we're in with the casters. I found the thin washers for the bandsaw. It's all assembled and they are in place.

These are optional for the casters. Depending on how the bracket is assembled to the legs (especially if assembled without turning the machine over), the bracket can end up too high (not raising the MARK 7 enough). The washers can be added to the caster stems to increase the height.

PS - I was surprised in our tests at how different the bracket position was if assembled pushing down vs pushing up. I wouldn't have expected the small bolt to hole clearance to make anywhere near the difference that our measurements show.
