FYI, the pallet in this video was clean and chemical free, having been made for Coca Cola to carry soda cases! They have a local plant nearby and this one got away somehow :D

OK, Chris, I'll bite.

Where did you find a "chemical free"
pallet?

And, if it is "chemical free," how did
you get it to show up on video?

Every thing you can see, is made out
of chemicals, including you, me, and
your pallet. Only thing I can think of,
that isn't chemicals, is software. But,
software can be delivered using
chemicals. Think of an operating
system. It isn't made out of chemicals,
but the disc it is on, IS chemical.

OK, I am getting extreme here, but
it does bother me, when grown
adults don't know what chemicals are.

Now, hazardous chemicals, that is a
different story, and I think that is what
you meant.

10 ER, stripped down.
Basic 10ER, Parts machine. Will be a semi-dedicated drill-press machine.
10 ER, a "survivor" of the trailer fire, in the back yard, needing restoration. Has a Mk5 headrest. Finally, stripped down.
Numerous parts, for Model 10 stuff. Except for lower saw guard, A and B adapters, I've got it.

Looking for one more, or some 9 inch extension table raisers.

So your chemistry is limited to formaldehyde? ;)

YES!

Most steel, and Cast Iron have carbon in the mix.

"Organic" used to mean, a molecule containing
carbon.

Now, "organic' can mean ANYTHING!
I saw a small bag of ROCKS to decorate
a planter pot, and the label said "organic
rocks!" No, wasn't coal.

The one that REALLY set me off, was a bag
of cat litter, made out of compressed pine
sawdust. Made by (likely for) Arm and
Hammer. Label said 100% CHEMICAL
FREE! (The bag, and EVERYTHING in it,
100% Chemical!

"Even though vitalism has been discredited, scientific nomenclature retains the distinction between organic and inorganic compounds. The modern meaning of organic compound is any compound that contains a significant amount of carbon—even though many of the organic compounds known today have no connection to any substance found in living organisms."

Copied from here.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Organic_compound

Ron, you crack me up! :D
