Bottle Stoppers
Here is a little router jig I put together to help make a few bottle stoppers. It mounts to the lathe tool post and gives quit a bit of flexability in making cut on work mounted on the SS.

Nice work!!!!
What is the indexing disk mounted to? What is the detent mounted to?
Looks like a great setup.
When you make the cuts with the router are the surfaces as polished as the final pictures or do you have to buff each cut out? If so what do you use.
I noticed a buffing wheel on the other end of the power head, what is used for? tools or the turnings?

Impressive work, very nice. Looks to be an ingenious, and functional jig you devised.

Beautiful work.
If Ms. Wolf sees this she will wonder why I can't make her the decorative door knobs she has been wanting.
I can hear it now... "Well just make a bigger version and attach it to the hardware"!
To which I would answer... if I only had that kind of talent!
Great stuff, and I'd like to hear more about how you do it also.
