Yup to both! A little more than half the commute time (WWWAAAAYYYYYYYYY less than if there is a problem on the bridge I used to take), and about 2/3 the distance. It is also a promotion, and more responsibility. I also have a fully-equipped shop to play in (not during working hours, mind you).
