Hi,
This a sled of sorts, maybe a bit different then you would expect but it is for small parts and just uses the miter gauge.
The one pictured is brand new today, an update of a older version I use to use.

Dannos, there are two slots in the face of the miter gage. I don't know for certain, but when ever I attach stuff, I just drop the bolts through the slots, hold the attachment flush to the table, and tighten. It's a much more forgiving system then having bolt holes (requiring more precision in drilling the bolt holes in your attachment).
