I get the idea this hasn't been discussed ? Surely someone has done this. What I'm thinking is a base something like this, but the cabinet goes fully to the end on the drill press side. Try Alibris and use a coupon code from RetailMeNot. I don't know if their coupons have changed, but you usually could get at least a dollar off. Many books I've paid shipping only. 1984 edition start around $8-9 with shipping and there is a 1953 for under $20 shipped. Abe books looks like another go...
