Bandsaw hub: I'm not sure this isn't a PowerPro issue. I've had this happen twice. My bandsaw hub setscrew now has purple Loctite.

I think the carriage bolt is to center the table saw blade in the insert. Used as a quick reference point. Later models have a 3/8 inch hard plastic ring on the back waytube to set this distance.
