That's why I only buy teethpaste and a teethbrush.
Now if I only had a tooth than of course toothpaste and toothbrush, why pay for more if your not going to use it.

Let me try to Follow your logic:
Building was wired correctly, remodel makes the ceiling grid hot, soo wire the building incorrectly.
Commercial building so put other people at risk.
Sounds like you would win any lawsuit once you explained it to the judge.

My office building has been in my family for three generations... back to 1923. The building is older than that by quite a bit. A converted home with several additions. I still have the er, it is at my rent house. I find my 500 mounted on a wall in drillpress mode and my 510 doing most of the work, are faster than the er. I have 3 properties so like you I repair more than create; did some pens, darts, for Christmas last year.

I did this with a 10er years ago, not as complicated, old farmhouse basement windows; now I need to do much closer to your job at my camp only with a 510, hope mine look as good as yours when I finish. You did a very nice job on a p.i.t.a. Job!

I do the same, also make my own wormer, $60 worth takes care of three 10-12 pound dogs for three years or more; depending on the born on dates of the wormer chemicals.
