I would (and have) clamp the bowed piece on a long sled and run one side through the tablesaw. Having that one side flat, press it up against the fence of the jointer (after having squared it up). Now you have squared one edge ready for the planer and saw to square up the piece.

Actually, the Veritas dovetail saw is a 'pull'saw. The spine is attached to the blade at the front end, so any pushing at the handle is pulling on the blade.
