Here's another freebie resizer for Windows users.

Here's what mine looks like. There's a link at the bottom of my woodworking projects page that will take you to a page with quite a few pictures where I inserted a folding rule into the view.

If you're looking for one similar to the one in these pictues, give me a few days and I'll make and post some measurements....
