Im really not sure if i can ask to sell my SS on this forum? but if i can that would be great. I must say the only reason im selling it is I bought another newer model. So if this post remains after tommorow i will give more info on pricing,location and such. Thanks, Allen

Speed dial not working
Today i was turning a pen my SS was working fine in the drill press position .But when i put it in the lathe position and tryed to turn up the speed it ground then just gave way. Speed settings on the Shopsmith
Does anyone know as far as the dial you use to adjust the speed on your Shopsmith the rpms of each setting. I do know it is about 700 rpm on slow and about 3000 on high. So does that mean about half way is 1500 rpms?
