Using Feather Boards When Re-sawing

The Kreg Fence offers a unique, easy-to-use setup for re-sawing that enables you to cut a board through its width without having to worry about blade "lead" or "drift". However, you do have to pay careful attention to make sure the blade follows the line you've marked. We show you how to set up the Kreg Fence with one or more feather boards to keep the board properly positioned and free you to concentrate on the cut.
