Referral Rewards Card - Terms and Conditions
- Shopsmith
Referral Rewards Cards must be redeemed through the Shopsmith.com
web site, catalog telephone orders, mail in orders or in
the Shopsmith, Inc. Showroom Store toward the purchase of
products or classes.
- Referral
Rewards Cards cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
- Referral
Rewards Cards may only be used for the purchase of merchandise
and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for
a cash refund.
- Any
unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Referral
Rewards Card account and is not transferable.
- The
amount of any purchase in excess of the Referral Rewards
Cards balance must be paid for with another payment method.
- Referral
Rewards Cards are not accepted as payment that may be applied
to balances owed to Shopsmith, Inc.
- Returns
of items purchased with a Referral Rewards Cards are credited
back to the Referral Rewards Cards.
- The
Referral Rewards Cards balance is stated in U.S. dollar
amounts.
- Referral
Rewards Cards and unused balances on Referral Rewards Cards
must be redeemed within 30 months from the last date of
activity or a fee of $1.00 per month will be deducted from
the remaining balance.
- Shopsmith
is not responsible for lost or stolen Referral Rewards Cards.
Any questions should be directed to the Customer Service
Department at 1-800-543-7586.
- Some
states do not allow charges on inactive accounts, or place
other limitations upon terms and conditions, so the above
stated terms and conditions may not apply. These terms and
conditions are to be interpreted so as to comply with the
law in the state where the Referral Rewards Cards is given.
