The thicker the cake of dust that forms on the inside of a Filter Hood, the smaller the dust particles it will capture.Our larger Hoods offer two to nearly four times the surface area of O.E. Hoods, to maintain maximum airflow with these thicker cakes.
The more you use your DC3300, the larger the Hood you should have.
These Hoods are made of washable, 12 oz. Polyester felt. The 42" model features a zippered side for clean-out.
