These value-priced Mounting Bases work Great! Originally designed for mounting tools to our Special Purpose Tool (such as Bandsaw, Belt Sander, Jointer, Planer, Scroll Saw or Strip Sander) Power Stands, Shopsmith Owners quickly discovered that the Mounting Bases could be attached to a simple 2″ x 10″ shelf. The shelf is then mounted to the wall, with readily available hardware and metal shelf brackets. This way, your valuable SPTs or Extension Tables are not consuming floor space, or susceptible to damage.
