Gift Cards - Terms and Conditions
- Shopsmith
Gift Cards must be redeemed through the Shopsmith.com web
site, catalog telephone orders, mail in orders or in the
Shopsmith, Inc. Showroom Store toward the purchase of products
or classes.
- Gift
Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
- Gift
Cards may only be used for the purchase of merchandise and
are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a
cash refund.
- Any
unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Card
account and is not transferable.
- The
amount of any purchase in excess of the Gift Card balance
must be paid for with another payment method.
- Replacement
of a lost Gift Card must be requested by the purchaser.
- Gift
Cards are not accepted as payment that may be applied to
balances owed to Shopsmith, Inc.
- Returns
of items purchased with a Gift Card are credited back to
the Gift Card.
- There
is a $10 minimum when purchasing Gift Cards.
- The
Gift Card balance is stated in U.S. dollar amounts.
- Discounts
cannot be used when purchasing Gift Cards.
- Gift
Cards and unused balances on Gift Cards must be redeemed
within 30 months from the last date of activity or a fee
of $1.00 per month will be deducted from the remaining balance.
- Shopsmith
is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Any questions
should be directed to the Customer Service Department at
1-800-543-7586.
- Some
states do not allow charges on inactive accounts, or place
other limitations upon terms and conditions, so the above
stated terms and conditions may not apply. These terms and
conditions are to be interpreted so as to comply with the
law in the state where the Gift Card is purchased.
