How can I purchase a Gift Card?
Shopsmith Gift Cards can be purchased online on our Gift Card Main Page, on that page click on the Purchase a Gift Card link. You can also purchase a Gift Card by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-937-890-5197, or by mail through our catalog order form. Back to top

Can I purchase other merchandise at the same time as a Gift Card?
No, our apologies. To ensure timely delivery of your Gift Card, your Card purchase must be a separate transaction. Back to top

Can I purchase more than one Gift Card in the same order?
No, our apololgies. Because we allow you to personalize each message, you must purchase each of your Gift Cards separately. Back to top

Can I specify what date I would like the Gift Card to be sent?
No, our apologies. If you would like the gift card to be sent at on a specific date, we suggest you send it to yourself and then forward it to the recipient when needed. We do give the option of whether or not to have an e-mail version of the gift card sent. Back to top

How long will it take for my Gift Card to be sent?
If you provide the recipients e-mail address, we will send an e-mail version of the Gift Card within 24 hours of the purchase. They can use the e-mail Gift Card version immediately. We will also send a physical gift card that will be shipped via regular ground and should arrive 5-7 days after the purchase. We do not charge for regular ground shipping of the Gift Cards.Back to top

What happens if the e-mail Gift Card is undeliverable?
If that should happen, we will contact you to verify the recipient's e-mail address. Upon your verification, we will attempt to deliver the Gift Card, via e-mail once again. They still will be receiving a physical Gift Card to their postal address. Back to top

What if I don't want an e-mail Gift Card delivered?
If you do not want an e-mail Gift Card sent, simply leave the recipient's e-mail address blank. You might want to do this if the gift is a surprise. If we do not have an e-mail address, we will not send an e-mail version of the Gift Card. Back to top

Shopsmith Gift Cards can be redeemed on-line at www.shopsmith.com, over the phone for a catalog order, through the mail with our catalog orders or at our Factory Showroom Store in Dayton, OH. Back to top

How can I redeem a Gift Card on-line?
Have your e-mail version or the physical Gift Card handy and log on to www.shopsmith.com. After you have put your items into your shopping cart, and you are ready to check out, simply select Gift Card as your payment option and enter your Gift Card number, pin number and the dollar amount on the Payment Information page.Back to top

How can I redeem a Gift Card for a catalog order?
Choose the items you would like to purchase, have your e-mail version or the physical Gift Card handy and call 1-937-890-5197. Inform the Customer Service representative that you would like to pay for your purchase with your Gift Card and give them the number, the pin and the amount you would like to use. What if my purchase total is less than the amount of my Gift Card?
When making your purchase, if the amount of your Gift Card exceeds the amount of your purchase, the remaining balance will stay in your Gift Card account until it is used. Back to top

When making your purchase, if the amount of your purchase exceeds the amount of your Gift Card, you will need to provide a payment method for the difference. Back to top
