HEADSTOCK

	Power-up unit and check for proper Motor and Switch operation
	Run unit up and down full speed range to ensure proper Speed Control operation. Check and set high-speed stop as needed.
	Remove Headstock Belt Cover and inspect Headstock
		Repair or replace any defective components, as required
		Ensure proper lubrication of all internal parts
	Replace Belt Cover and re-check Headstock for proper functionality.

WORK TABLE

	Inspect Table surface for damage and cosmetic imperfections
		Repair any damages that could affect functionality - or replace Table
		Touch-up unsightly Table cosmetics (some small scratches may remain)
	Check Table Tilt Trunion and Locking mechanism functionality and repair or replace components, as required.
	Clean Table Tube Rack
	Check all table fasteners for tightness and re-align, if necessary

CARRIAGE

	Clean Table Elevation Pinion Gear
	Check Carriage Lock mechanism functionality. Adjust, repair or replace components, as required.

LEGS / BASE, HEADREST, BASE ARM & TUBES

	Check for scratches on components and apply touch-up Paint, as required (some small scratches may remain)
		Replace dented Leg(s)
		Replace damaged Way Tubes that affect machine functionality (small Way Tube or Bench Tube scratches or imperfections that do not affect functionality may remain)
	Check all components for proper operation and repair or replace any defective components

MITER GAUGE & RIP FENCE

	Check Miter Gauge functionality and repair or replace components, as required. Check alignment and re-set stops as requried.
	Check Rip Fence functionality and repair or replace components, as requried. Check and re-set alignment as required.

FINAL TEST & ALIGNMENT

	Re-test all components for full functionality
	Re-check alignment of entire machine
	Re-package for shipment
